The hand is a unique area of the human body, with many complex moving parts. A hand surgeon must receive highly specialized training and certification to diagnose and treat all the problems related to the many structures in the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. Dr. David Brown maintains membership in the medical and academic societies that provide the resources necessary to stay at the forefront of this specialty area of practice.

For his patients' convenience, Dr. Brown is on staff at many of the St. Louis region's leading hospitals and surgery centers. Patients interested in scheduling surgery or other procedures at one of these facilities should contact the office staff, who will assist in scheduling and making other arrangements.
